Farmhouse Cider

A pleasantly sweet and tart cider with a bright finish. Carbonated to have delicate tiny bubbles with just enough effervescence.

Hopped Cider

A traditional tart off-dry cider with a citrus-y fragrance and wave of tart apple flavor without the bitterness of an IPA. We use a Mosaic, Amarillo, and Centennial hop blend resulting in tangerine, peach, papaya, rose, melon, lemon notes and a sharp apple finish.


Yeast: blend of wild type and white wine yeast

Tasting Notes: tart apple, tangerine, peach, papaya, rose, melon, lemon, without the bitterness of an IPA

Hops: mosaic, amarillo, centennial

Sweetness: off-dry | 2% residual sugar

Bouquet de Rosé Cider

Bouquet de Rosé is a modern interpretation of a rosé. A semi-dry cider, Bouquet de Rosé gets its beautiful pink hue from rose hips and hibiscus flowers and has a balanced palette with lemony tartness and a hint of sweetness.  Summer fruit and black pepper notes with a floral bouquet.


Yeast: white wine yeast selected to enhance the fruity and floral esters as well as tropical fruit aromas

Tasting Notes: tart lemon, summer fruit, honey, bright

Botanicals: rose hips, hibiscus

Sweetness: off-dry | 3% residual sugar

Bourbon Barrel Reserve Cider

For the first release in our Barrel Reserve Series, we added our full bodied Dry Cider, with its notes of rosemary and citrus, into freshly emptied bourbon casks. The casks, rich with classic bourbon flavors, such as brown sugar and vanilla, married beautifully with the cider and after a long six months of patiently waiting for the right moment we’re happy to share the result, a particularly robust, full-bodied cider with notes of sherry, honey, and oak. Made with a blend of Jonagold, Rome, Golden Delicious, and Macintosh apples from Dawson’s Orchard, pressed at Soergel’s Orchard, and fermented using Melody yeast.

Oaked & Wild Cider

Oaked & Wild Cider is an expression of local microflora. The fermentation process, which utilizes wild yeast, results in a hazy and dynamic cider that is unfiltered and funky. Aged for three months in small cask Wigle Whiskey barrels, the cider picks up vanilla and spice characteristics while also continuing to develop sourness.

Acetic: sour with slight acetic bite

Barreled: aged in 25 gallon rye whiskey barrels

¡Fiesta! Cider

¡Fiesta! exemplifies our commitment to innovative products and whimsical flavors. We infused the rosemary and citrus flavors of our Dry Cider with the addition of a unique hop variety, German Mandarina Bavaria, and then sweetened the cider with agave nectar. Mandarina Bavaria hops are bred from Cascade Hops combining the citrus and fruit of American hops with the more traditional herb and spice varieties that were used to make early European beers. The agave provides balanced sweetness and a smooth mouthfeel. The result is a cider that captures the bright lime zest and tangerine flavors of a Margarita while maintaining the refreshing drinkability of cider.

Sweet Peach Cider

Sweet Peach captures the warmth and freshness of an orchard in late July, when the juiciest peaches are ripe for picking. Blended with local apples and fermented using our fruity yeast culture, it’s got notes of stone fruit, green apple, and peach cobbler without the use of any additional extracts or flavorings.

Stayman-Winesap Cider

Stayman Winesap is an heirloom cider made with estate grown fruit from our friends at
Trax Farms. It’s bursting with a vinous character from the rare Stayman Winesap apples.

Perry the Pear Cider

To make Perry the Pear, we start with a blend of locally grown and pressed Bosc and D’anjou pears and ferment their juices with fruity white wine yeast to produce a naturally off-dry perry. Peary the Pear is quite delicate and pours with a brilliant straw color and crisp carbonation.

Crafted Apple Cider

Crafted Apple is a crisp and tart traditional bottle conditioned sparkling hard cider made with a regional blend of apples and wild and white wine style yeasts. Crafted Apple will continue to evolve over time and some yeast will settle to the bottom of each bottle. Made in collaboration and featured artwork from Handmade Arcade!

412 City Cider

412 City Cider is made with 3,500 pounds of wild crab apples and other wild apples foraged by 412 Food Rescue from urban trees in the city of Pittsburgh. The apples were pressed by our friends at Godfrey Run Orchard and fermented with our house yeast culture to impart notes of citrus and stone fruit; resulting in a hard cider with beautiful earthy tannic structure and sharp acidity.

Free Press Cider

Northern Spy Cider

Northern Spy is made exclusively from Northern Spy heirloom apples originally propagated in Geneva New York. Prized for their cider making as well as baking qualities, we fermented their pressed juices with our house dry yeast. Each bottle of Northern Spy Cider will continue to ferment in the bottle to create additional light carbonation.

Fall Spice Cider

We’ve tried our best to bottle up the Pennsylvania fall season by fermenting a blend of pressed tart early harvest apples with our house English yeast before adding just the right amount of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and clove. These tart apple varieties complement the sweetness of the aromatic baking spices and together remind us of the cooler weather, beautiful foliage, and apples that are so plentiful this time of year.

Phil's Burrow Cider

Phil’s Burrow is a modern take on a Rum Raisin cider. We aged this cider in Wigle rum casks for 3 months before adding in raisins and sweet cinnamon. At 9.8% ABV Phil’s Rum Raisin will keep you warm and merry throughout the winter, whether Phil sees shadow or not. Check back next January for the 2019 release!
