Raise a toast with this fine sparkling cider featuring culinary pears fermented with time-honored techniques. Produced with a single pressing of 100% bosc pears, Perry the Pear has a depth and complexity to rival a fine champagne. Low in alcohol, yet extremely drinkable our perry has a memorable taste profile expressive of place and harvest year.

  • METHOD: Single varietal culinary pear cider fermented with house dry yeast in stainless steel for a soft mouthfeel and body. Naturally semi-sweet from residual unfermentable sorbitol. Filtered and pasteurized for stability. Sulfites added for freshness.
