The new Wigle Whiskey Restaurant and Tasting Room is a must see destination for spirits, cocktails, and food that celebrate craft spirits and local whiskey history. We are excited to accept candidates for the role of Line Cook. This is a part-time position at approximately 20 hours a week with the potential for increased hours as circumstances and restrictions related to COVID-19 ease in the future.
We are only interested in applications from EXPERIENCED Line Cooks with at least TWO years of Line Cook experience. You must submit a cover letter that details how you meet this requirement and why you believe you are a good fit for us.

Applicants must be able to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to, preparing menu items in a timely and organized manner, preparing food items needed to execute service, and working in accordance with food safety guidelines, in addition to cleaning the kitchen and kitchen equipment. Physical demands include, but are not limited to, moving 50 lbs and consistent and fast movement around a confined space for up to 8 hours. The successful applicant will also abide by our increased COVID-19 cleanliness and safety policies.
The new Wigle Whiskey kitchen aims to produce the highest quality local American fair with an emphasis on technique and execution. Much like our spirits, we will draw influence from the diversity of the region and take advantage of the wonderful produce and livestock that South-Western Pennsylvania has to offer.
