About The Position

Opening in February 2020, the newly expanded tasting room and restaurant at Wigle Whiskey will be a must see destination for spirits, cocktails, food, and tours that celebrate craft spirits and local whiskey history. We are excited to accept candidates for the role of Line Cook. This is a part-time position.
We are excited to begin our search for part-time servers to join our team. Servers will work with the bartenders, kitchen, and customer care team to create an exceptional experience for guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing tables, and taking payments while informing and educating customers on our menu and products. Physical duties include, but are not limited to, consistent movement throughout the restaurant and moving boxes of product and supplies.
The new Wigle Whiskey kitchen aims to produce the highest quality local American fair with an emphasis on technique and execution. Much like our spirits, we will draw influence from the diversity of the region and take advantage of the wonderful produce and livestock that South-Western Pennsylvania has to offer.
Interviews will be conducted in January 2020 with training for successful candidates scheduled for early to mid-February.
